Learn to Skate - LTS

PYH has a partnership with the Pilgrim Skating Club out of Hobomock Rink for the 2019/2020 season.  This allows future PYH skaters to take advantage of the various days and times offered through the Pilgrim Skating Club.  Those players interested should sign up directly with Pilgrim (at and mention that you are with PYH and you will receive a $10 discount off your registration.

Pilgrim Skating Club Learn to Skate, located at the Hobomock Arenas in Pembroke, MA offers group lessons for children and adults ages 3 and up. Lessons teach skating skills for BOTH Figure Skating and Ice Hockey. It is a fun, challenging as well as rewarding program, that allows skaters to learn the fundamentals of the sport and will hopefully instill a lifelong love of skating. Skaters are divided by level, ranging from the absolute beginner to the more advanced skater. All classes follow the Learn to Skate USA curriculum which offers something for everyone- from the first steps on the ice to mastering advanced skill sets. All PSC's Learn to Skate classes are taught by experienced, qualified professionals.

Learn to Play Hockey - LTPH

Imagine your child's delight each week when he/she is introduced to the sport of ice hockey. This is a fun program that allows your child to begin skating drills using a stick and puck. This program has many of the same objectives as the Learn-to-Skate program, only applied in a hockey environment. This program is for children ages 4-10, with some skating experience but may not be ready for the U6 or U8 or U10 Hockey programs.  Players must be fully outfitted in hockey equipment.  As part of the American Development Model, USA Hockey recommends younger players limit their ice time while maximizing fun and developing their overall athletic skills.  For more information, visit for resources and information about Youth Hockey.

Click here to register (select LTPH from the drop down to proceed).  This program will be limited to 5 skaters, registration is first come first serve.
